Johnson is a passionate and professional mathematics tutor with over 7 years of extensive teaching experience. Currently pursuing a PhD at the University of New South Wales (UNSW), he also serves as a tutor for undergraduate courses at UNSW, where he is highly regarded by his students. Johnson achieved near-perfect scores in Mathematics Extension 1 and Extension 2 during his HSC, showcasing his exceptional mathematical ability.
Johnson’s teaching results are outstanding. Under his guidance, 100% of his Math Advanced students achieved Band 6, 100% of his Extension 1 students attained Band 6, and all of his Extension 2 students achieved E3 or above, with half reaching E4. His IB Mathematics students consistently scored 6 or higher. Johnson excels at unlocking students’ potential, having successfully helped two students ranked outside the top 100 rapidly climb to within the top 30 at their school.
