Leo is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce and Economics at the University of New South Wales (UNSW) and has over one year of experience teaching Economics. Through both academic study and teaching practice, he has developed a strong understanding of core economic concepts and is highly familiar with the key knowledge areas and common challenges in HSC Economics, helping students build a structured and systematic understanding of the subject.

Leo previously served as a Sergeant in the Knox Ravenswood Cadet Unit. This experience strengthened his discipline, organisational ability, and strong sense of responsibility, while also highlighting the importance of leadership and setting a positive example. These qualities naturally carry over into his teaching, resulting in lessons that are well-structured, disciplined, and logically organised.

In his Economics teaching, Leo emphasises both personalised instruction and rigorous academic thinking. He takes the time to understand each student’s learning habits and areas for improvement, and develops targeted learning strategies and revision plans accordingly. In class, he focuses not only on helping students understand key economic theories, but also on strengthening their HSC exam response structure, enabling them to approach different question types with greater clarity and confidence.

Leo’s teaching style is rigorous, organised, and patient. In his classroom, students gradually improve their HSC Economics performance while also developing a clear economic framework for thinking. This allows them to analyse real-world issues through an economic lens and gain a deeper appreciation of the subject’s relevance and value.
