Andrea has been actively tutoring for many years. Known for her dedication to teaching and ability to make complex topics simple and understandable, she has successfully helped many students improve their grades and confidence in Biology. With extensive experience in teaching Biology, Andrea was the top achiever in the 2018 NSW HSC and has been featured in promotional videos by national media and the NSW Department of Education as a role model for international students. She has also developed a comprehensive set of Biology teaching materials, helping numerous students achieve Band 6 results in this traditionally humanities-leaning subject.
With a focus on understanding each student’s unique needs, Andrea employs a practical and engaging teaching style that not only helps students achieve their academic goals but also ignites a passion for learning.
Noteworthy achievements include significant improvements in students’ performance, with many reaching new academic heights under her guidance. One specific example of this is her student’s assessment result improved from 60% to 90% within a term’s tutoring.
