In 2023 HSC alone, 65% of Uwin students achieved band 6 and 100% scored band 5 or above in Advanced English.
In the past 3 years, over 90 students scored band 6 in HSC Advanced English. 100% of our students saw improvements in assessment and exam results.

Yes, the Uwin Year 11 or 12 English tutoring program covers every aspect of the NSW Education Standards Authority (NESA) Syllabus thoroughly.

All our Year 12 English group lessons are prescribed text based. Our Year 11 lessons touch on popular prescribed texts (eg. Othello) during one of the school terms and in the other school terms we focus on enhancing students’ reading comprehension and creative writing skills.

Yes, Uwin offers limited free 1 on 1 assessment help tutorials to help maximize students’ assessment results. In addition, students can also ask questions or get their essays edited during our weekly consultation sessions

100% of our students have reported an improvement in their confidence and marks since enrolling into the Uwin Year 11 or 12 English tutoring course.

All Uwin classes seat a maximum of 15 students to support an interactive and engaging student learning environment.

If you want more individual support, you can choose to enroll in our 1 on 1 lessons or do 1 on 2 / 3 with your friends.

We offer Year 11 & 12 English courses during the school term or in the school holidays. [Term course and holiday course cover different content] 

  • Term course: 2 hour weekly lessons over 10 weeks
  • Holiday course: 2 hour daily lessons over 6 days (Year 12 holiday course structure vary each holiday, please contact us for further details)
  • 1 on 1 lessons (1 on 2 or 3): 2 hours weekly lessons over 10 weeks (schedule is flexible)

Students can catch up through watching the recording of the missed lesson. Uwin also offers a limited option to catch up through a 1 on 1 tutorial.
